These active pants feature the new fabric, which has a fine dot pattern on the inner side of its double-weave structure to ensure a comfortable feel against the skin and prevent clinging. They are made with TEXBRID, a highly elastic yarn that allows for easy movement and resists wrinkling.
A new material that stands out for its dot pattern and stretchability
One of HERENESS’s core themes has been synthetic fibers that feel great against the skin, are functional, and allow for ease of movement. This “DryTouch” fabric achieves all of these qualities at a high level.
The side of the double-weave fabric that touches the skin features a dotted texture, preventing the clinging sensation often associated with synthetic fibers and ensuring a comfortable feel against the skin even during activities that cause heavy sweating. Although it is a double-weave fabric, it is extremely lightweight, ensuring excellent portability.
In addition, because it is woven using TEXBRID® yarn—which features a spring-like molecular structure—it offers high elasticity and excellent shape retention, making it both comfortable to move in and durable.
Active Long Pants with Stretch
The DryTouch LONG PANTS utilize the exceptional stretch of the DryTouch fabric to create a slimmer silhouette than previous HERENESS active long pants. Since they contain no polyurethane, they are surprisingly lightweight despite their stretch, making them versatile enough to be tucked away in a backpack and pulled out to wear when it gets cold—much like a pair of wind pants.
We’ve added secure zippers to the hip pockets and side pockets, ensuring your smartphone stays safe even in the mountains. This item is perfect for activities such as fall and winter running, as well as summer high-altitude mountaineering and trail running.
Sustainability Initiatives
TEXBRID made from recycled polyester
The TEXBRID yarn used in the fabric is made from polyester derived from recycled PET bottles. Furthermore, the fact that it does not use petroleum-based polyester—which has a short product lifespan—and that the yarn itself possesses shape-retaining properties that resist wrinkling, allowing the fabric to be used for a long time, contributes to sustainability.
