About linkage

After logging in, click the "Link" button at the bottom of the page to enable the points feature. Once enabled, you'll be able to use your points across all Tamaya-Group online stores and physical locations.

*When using the linking feature in the online store, you must create and link an account for each store.

Member benefits

With the Tamaya Group member app, you earn points based on your purchase amount.

We will award points equal to 3% of the purchase amount (excluding tax).

Example: If you purchase an item priced at 11,000 yen (including tax), you will earn 300 points.

*You can use your accumulated points toward payment at a rate of 1 yen per point.

*The validity period is one year from the date of your last use.

Preferred Delivery Date and Time

We do not ship orders on Wednesdays, Sundays, or on days when we are temporarily closed.

If you click “Check out as guest” at the bottom of the screen, you’ll be taken to a page where you can select any payment method.

If you've logged out, please proceed to the login page, and instead of selecting "Log in via Shop," enter your email address in the "Send Email" field.

After closing the pop-up and clicking "Continue," please enter the verification code sent to your email address.

About Shop Pay

Shop Pay is one of the payment services provided by the e-commerce platform we use.
By registering your email address and phone number when you make your first purchase, you won't need to enter your credit card information or shipping address on future purchases, allowing you to shop quickly and conveniently.

Shop Pay ensures security by using servers that transmit and receive encrypted data and comply with the credit card industry's security standards (PCI DSS), and by sharing your shipping and billing information with the store only when an order is placed.

Since you authenticate using a passkey or a 6-digit Shop Pay code received via text message or email at checkout, this helps prevent fraudulent use.
Once you've registered for a Shop account, you can use it as a single account at other stores that accept Shop Pay.
