After creating an account, you can log in to shop and speed up the checkout process by eliminating the need to enter each piece of information, such as your delivery address.

Members can also take advantage of exclusive services such as payment with points and limited-time events, so take advantage of this opportunity to register.

About linkage

After logging in, the points function is activated by pressing the "Link" button displayed at the bottom of the page, and points can be shared and used at all online and physical shops in the Tamaya-Group family of shops.

*When using the linkage function in the online store, an account must be created and linked for each shop.

Member benefits

The Tamaya-Group membership app allows you to earn points based on the amount of your purchases.

Points worth 3% of the purchase price (excluding tax) will be awarded.

Example: if you purchase a product worth 11,000 yen (including tax), you will be awarded 300 points.

*You can use your accumulated points as payment for one yen per point.

*The validity period is one year from the date of last use.

At our store, credit cards under a name different from the orderer cannot be used.

In some cases, the order may be canceled, so please be sure to check before placing your order.

Customers who wish to have their delivery sent to their accommodation are kindly asked to fill in the empty fields of the delivery address with "Guest Name" and "Stay Date (Check-in Date)".

If your preferred payment method is not displayed on the payment screen

If you navigate to the Check out as guest page at the bottom of the screen, you will be taken to a screen where you can select all payment methods.

If you have logged out, please go to login and enter your email address in the 'Send email' field instead of selecting 'Log in at shop'.

If the Shop account login screen is displayed

After closing the pop-up and pressing Continue, enter the verification code received at your email address.

About Shop Pay

Shop Pay is one of the payment services provided by the e-commerce platform used by the shop.
By registering your email address and phone number when you first use the service, you can make purchases quickly and conveniently, eliminating the need to enter your credit card details and delivery address next time.

Shop Pay is secure by sending and receiving encrypted data, using servers that meet credit card industry security standards (PSI DSS) and sharing customer shipping and billing information with the store only when an order is placed.

Payment is authorised using a passkey or a six-digit Shop Pay code received via SMS or email, which also prevents fraudulent use.
Once you have registered for a Shop account, you can use it as a common account for other stores that have introduced Shop Pay payments.
