These rain pants are designed to be worn as a set with the FEATHER RAIN JACKET. Weighing just 140g in size M, they are extremely lightweight and make the perfect item to keep in your backpack at all times.
The fabric is the same "Stretch Cordura SuperDurable 3L" used in the jacket. This material is highly resistant to abrasion, making it ideal for pants that are prone to wear and tear. The highly stretchy fabric allows for a slim fit without restricting leg movement, even when worn over trekking pants. The zipper that extends below the knee makes it easy to put on and take off without any hassle.

■FEATURES
・Waist
The waist features an elasticated gather for a snug fit. The drawstring allows for fine-tuning of the waist width.

・Full-length zipper
There is a waterproof zipper on the outer side below the knee. It opens wide, allowing you to put the pants on and take them off smoothly without having to remove your shoes.

・Hem details
The hem features a drawstring. You can cinch it in a single motion to adjust it to fit your shoes.

■Material Description
The outer fabric is a 20-denier Cordura® material with mechanical stretch, featuring a durable water-repellent finish. The lining is a supple 7-denier tricot. Boasting high waterproof and breathable specifications—a water column rating of 20,000 mm and a moisture vapor transmission rate of 20,000 g/m²/24h—it also achieved an astonishing result of over 200,000 cycles in the Martindale abrasion test, which is considered to indicate maximum strength at over 20,000 cycles. This fabric maximizes the properties of Cordura, a material said to be seven times stronger than standard nylon.
The material’s inherent durability is one aspect of our approach to the environment.

■Handling Instructions
・If you wash this item yourself, be sure to use a mild detergent.
・Never use fabric softeners or bleach, as they may damage the fabric’s performance.
・Always wash by hand, gently pressing the fabric.
*Please do not use the delicate cycle on your washing machine.
・After washing, it is important to rinse thoroughly to ensure no detergent remains in the fabric.
・Leaving detergent residue on the fabric can reduce its water-repellent properties. This is because the surfactants in detergent have the ability to bind water and oil; if they remain on the fabric’s surface, they weaken its natural water-repellent function.
You should also be careful if fine dust or particles are clogging the fabric surface.
・If foreign objects remain trapped in the fabric fibers, this can lead to reduced water repellency or water penetration.
・After rinsing, please air-dry in the shade.
・Ironing while the fabric is still slightly damp at a low temperature is effective, but please take great care to ensure the fabric does not melt or become damaged.
・Please do not use a dryer.

■Maintenance Instructions
・While machine washing is possible, we recommend hand washing (by gently pressing).
・Use a mild detergent; do not use fabric softener or bleach
・Please close all zippers and Velcro fasteners before washing
・Please rinse at least twice
・Do not use the spin cycle on your washing machine, as it may damage the fabric or cause the machine to malfunction.
・Do not tumble dry or dry clean
・After washing, reshape the garment immediately and hang it to dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
・If the water-repellent properties have diminished, iron the item using a pressing cloth (on the low-temperature setting)
