The lightest Tensor yet. The Tensor Elite is NEMO’s solution for UL hikers seeking to shave off every gram of weight.
By using custom-made 10D CORDURA nylon developed specifically for this model and a single layer of thermal mirror insulation film, we’ve achieved an astonishingly light weight of 240g and a compact pack size—even in the regular size. To minimize weight as much as possible, the lineup consists exclusively of mummy-style sleeping bags.
Although it is slightly thinner than other Tensor series models to reduce weight, it features an R-value of 2.4 (ASTM), making it ideal for three-season use, a baffle structure that provides support without unpleasant rustling noises, luxurious cushioning with a thickness of 7.6 cm, and an improved Lay-Low Flat Valve that’s easy to use in all conditions—it offers all the features necessary for a comfortable night’s sleep in the field.

By combining the latest materials and designs, we’ve achieved an R-value of 2.4 (ASTM standard) and ensured sufficient insulation for three-season use. Despite this, the regular size weighs a remarkably light 240 grams and packs down to a compact size. It reduces the burden of carrying it while providing comfort.
・Custom-made, ultra-lightweight material
Features a custom-made 10D CORDURA nylon fabric developed specifically for the Tensor Elite. It maintains excellent strength while reducing weight by several grams. This material is ideal for hikers seeking a lightweight option.
・Apex Baffle Structure
The truss structure, which incorporates a material with low elasticity inside the mat, eliminates the fluffy, springy feel typical of air mattresses and provides a stable, comfortable sleeping experience. Furthermore, compared to other models in the Tensor series, we’ve reduced the amount of fabric used in the truss to make the mat even lighter. This design offers the best of both worlds: lightness and comfort.

Designed specifically for serious UL hikers, this lineup consists exclusively of mummy-style sleeping bags. Furthermore, it offers the only short-size (160 cm) option in the Tensor series, meeting the needs of hikers who prioritize lightweight gear.
・Raylo Flat Valve
Features a large-diameter flat valve that allows for quick inflation and deflation. Made of soft TPU material, it offers improved usability in cold temperatures compared to previous models. You can easily fine-tune the firmness of the pad with just one finger while lying on the mat. It lies flat when in use, so it won’t get in the way while you sleep.
・Vortex Pump Sack
It features an efficient pump that draws in surrounding air with just a light puff, inflating the tire instantly. Compared to standard pumps, it allows for easier and faster inflation. The foldable, reinforced airlock securely seals in air, ensuring efficient and reliable inflation. Designed to connect seamlessly to the Raylo flat valve, it enables precise and smooth inflation. Furthermore, the use of laminated and embossed fabric ensures high durability. It folds down compactly and can be stored together with the mat, making it convenient to carry. It also features outstanding efficiency, allowing you to inflate a regular-sized mat in less than a minute with just 2–3 pumps.
