STATICでは肌に触れるレイヤーには石油由来の繊維を出来るだけ使わずに天然素材を提案しています。メリノウールは冬は暖かく、夏は熱を放出してくれます。アウトドア用途としては保温性だけでなく、調湿性、防臭性、肌触りの良さなど高機能な繊維と言えます。

メリノウールを使い、発汗量の多い春夏でも快適に使える生地を探していました。そしてたどり着いた答えがメリノウールとリサイクルポリエステル糸のALL ELEVATION混紡生地です。

・尾州で再構築したALL ELEVATION
尾州のウール専門家とタッグを組み、今までのALL ELEVATION生地の特徴そのままで肌触り柔らかく着やすくなりました。
凹凸のあるボーダーメッシュ構造により高い通気性とリサイクルポリエステル糸で速乾性を高めます。ウインドシェルを羽織ればさらに保温性が高まるため、インナーとしてもそれ単体でも活躍するアイテムです。
防縮加工はもちろん非塩素樹脂の防縮加工を採用しています。

・環境にやさしい防縮加工
非塩素樹脂防縮加工ではウロコを除去せず、疎水性のウロコを親水性に改質し、ハイブリット・コラーゲンを付着させてウロコ同士が絡む＝縮むことを防ぎます。また、樹脂を使いません。
生分解性においても塩素樹脂加工と比較して安心感がありますし、肌に触れる生地は樹脂ではなくウール繊維のみです。また、ウールの調整性を司るウロコを残している事で、ウール繊維本来の機能をそのまま活かしたウール製品を実現する事ができました。できるだけウール繊維をそのまま活かしたエコな防縮であると言えます。
「塩素を使わないので、従業員の健康にとっても安心だ」と、話してくれた防縮工場の開発者の言葉も忘れられません。

Cancellation of orders

About the indicated prices
