Introducing the new "RAW" series, STATIC's only 100% wool fabric.
The new RAW collection from SS26 is designed to be thinner and lighter than ever before, in response to Japan’s climate, which features increasingly long periods of warm, humid weather.
We have achieved a weight of 133 g/m² (fabric weight), making it one of the lightest 100% wool fabrics available.
As with our previous RAW collections, this garment features a chlorine-free rubberized finish to prevent shrinkage. Since it is not resin-coated, it retains its initial softness for a long time, ensuring a comfortable fit. We have chosen not to apply a resin coating precisely because it is 100% wool, allowing us to bring out the best qualities of the fabric.

・Textiles reconstructed from yarn
While wool yarn is typically twisted in the Z direction (counterclockwise), we specially ordered yarn twisted in the opposite S direction and created a new RAW fabric using both Z- and S-twisted yarns (*S-twisted yarn is rarely available on the market due to cost considerations).By combining yarns with opposite twist directions, we have successfully prevented fabric twisting, resulting in a thinner, lighter fabric that maintains shape stability and durability. We use ultra-fine 17.5-micron merino wool yarn, ensuring a soft, comfortable feel against the skin.
Compared to fabrics made from standard Z-twisted yarns, this fabric is knitted with reduced volume in the opposite direction of twist while maintaining its strength.

・We do not incinerate the cutting scraps generated during the manufacturing process; instead, we send them to recycling companies.

Cancellation of orders

When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)

About the indicated prices
