In the Piedmont region of northern Italy, at the foot of the Alps, there is a local dish called trifolati.
"Truffolati" is Italian for "truffle-like."
If you slowly sauté a variety of mushrooms with olive oil, butter, garlic, and Italian parsley, the aroma will be just like truffles—even though you haven’t used any.
We’ve also generously added real truffle powder to the mix,
Perhaps we could call it “Trifolati ripieni al tartufo” (trifolati stuffed with truffles).
The mountain in the picture is Mt. Hakuba.
This is an incredibly luxurious potato purée, enveloped in the rich aroma of a forest reminiscent of the foothills of the Alps.

Cancellation of orders

Returns and exchanges

If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance
If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.
