Sleeping Finger Tape
What are sleeping fingers?
The toenail of the little toe or ring finger is twisted so that it points outwards. (Described in English as CurlyToe.)
When weight is placed on the little finger side, it is difficult to balance, leading to overstrain of the calf, lateral thigh and buttock muscles, low back pain, back pain, lightheadedness and wobbly gait.
What is Pulcuasology Sleeping Finger Tape?
This method of taping was developed by judo therapist Tomihide Kanayama, applying the theory of his own bodywork method, Percuasology. Taping can be expected to improve body balance, including cold feet, swelling, back pain, hip pain and knee pain, by taking the kinks out of the little toe. The taping has a unique width suitable for the prevention of sleeping toes.
■Length: 5 m, width approx. 1.8 cm.
■Product material: 97% cotton, 3% polyurethane.
■ Adhesive: acrylic resin.
■Country of origin/ Made in Japan
