Kazahana Itari because it uses Italian fleece made from a merino wool blend.
Heartland
The merino wool-blend fleece on the skin surface provides moderate warmth and actively diffuses and dries on the surface while absorbing the sweat that erupts from climbing straight up steep ridges. The flat, un-raised surface slides easily over wool items such as the Ninger Hoodie or Matagi Oshu, and there is no stress about sleeves slipping up while wearing. It can be used comfortably from the wind-blown winter to the still cold Nagori snow.

Features of the 0 material
TECNOWOOL MERINO by Italian company PONTETORTO is a hybrid fabric with a grid-finished merino wool-blend fleece on the skin surface and a sweat-absorbing polyester surface. The wool's moisture-absorbing and moisture-controlling properties take up perspiration, which is then diffused and evaporated by the sweat-absorbing polyester on the surface. Even though it is not 100% wool, the antibacterial and odour-resistant properties of wool are high, and it does not leave you soaking wet or dripping with sweat like 100% wool material.
