In recent years, the outdoor apparel and active insulation categories have expanded rapidly.
Overseas brands were primarily the ones leading the way in product development.
One such active insulation filling material was TEIJIN Octa CPCP, which was known for its light weight and high thermal insulation properties.

■Environmental Factors
・Starting in Fall/Winter 2023, we became the first in the industry to use 53% recycled materials.
・Through recycling, CO₂ emissions during fabric production are reduced by 23% compared to OctaCPCP made from virgin polyester.
・We use fabric produced at OEKO-TEX®-certified(*) factories in Japan.
・In the fabric dyeing process, biomass (plant-based) is used instead of petroleum to reduce CO2 emissions.
・Cutting scraps generated during the manufacturing process are recycled into new fabric rather than being incinerated.
・Brand, Size Tag, and Care Label: 100% recycled polyester made from plastic bottles

・Lightweight feel: About half the weight of polyester fibers of the same diameter
・Moisture-wicking and quick-drying: Feels about half as heavy as polyester fibers of the same diameter
・Heat insulation: The dead air trapped within the space created by the hollow sections and eight protrusions provides heat insulation.

・Lightweight enough to carry easily as a layer for warmth year-round, with just the right amount of warmth
