The Alternative JKT is a piece of clothing that lightly transcends the boundaries of genre and function, giving form to the freedom to "choose as you feel".

The fabric maintains a balance between lightness and strength, catching the wind and casually accompanying the body's movements.
A texture that naturally blends in with both the outdoor field and the city air.

The slightly wide silhouette gives the wearer an impression that can be interpreted by the wearer.
Like outerwear if you choose a larger size.
If you choose a smaller size, it will look like a shirt.

There is no set way to wear it and no right answer.
"How you wear it" is up to you.

It belongs nowhere and fits in everywhere.

Background to the birth.

The "mountain shirt" has become a staple for hikers over the past few years.
Its versatility - it can be used as a cloak or as a wind shell - means that it can be added to anyone's equipment list in different ways, depending on their mountaineering style and mindset.

On the other hand, many people are concerned about choosing the right equipment: "I want to wear a mountain shirt, but I'm worried if it's windy, so I should bring a wind shell too...".
Thin softshells are an option, but they are somewhat too sporty.

It would be nice to have a piece of clothing that fills that 'in-between' feeling.
This is how the Alternative JKT was born.

The thought that went into the name.

It is a mountain shirt, a wind shell and a thin soft shell. It also has the appearance of a coach jacket, but without the streetwise feel.

"Not part of the mainstream or stereotypes."
"I don't belong anywhere, I wear it the way I am."

We named it **Alternative** with these nuances in mind.

Precautions for handling
[Water-repellent products].
This material is treated with a water-repellent finish to prevent staining and rippling when wet.
The water-repellent treatment is not permanent and its effect will deteriorate with repeated wear and cleaning. You can also use a commercially available water repellent spray.
