When you first purchase this item, significant pilling may occur. While pilling will subside with repeated washing, due to the nature of the material, the fabric will gradually thin out over time due to wear and tear from use and washing.

Our goal was to create a lightweight, thin fleece that can be worn comfortably across a wide range of temperatures and in various environments.
The Active Pullover is an active insulation piece designed to strike the perfect balance between breathability and warmth, making it ideal for use as a base layer.
PrimaLoft Active (100 g/m²) wicks sweat away from the fabric without causing you to overheat during activity, keeping you comfortable.
It has a soft feel against the skin and excellent stretch, and while it’s so breathable that you’ll feel the chill of the wind, it instantly warms you up when you throw it on. Plus, weighing just 148g (Size M ), it takes up virtually no space in your backpack.
Depending on the situation or activity, you can wear it directly against your skin as a base layer, or of course, layer it over merino wool or similar fabrics.

■Features and Design
Comfortable and not too hot while on the go
The Active Pullover allows just the right amount of airflow to prevent overheating during activity, while the zipper can be opened for direct ventilation in warmer weather or during more strenuous activities. Additionally, its excellent quick-drying properties prevent moisture from building up even when you sweat, and the fabric structure—which makes point-to-point contact with the skin—wicks away sweat, reducing the risk of getting chilled. This helps maintain a comfortable microclimate inside the garment in a variety of situations, allowing you to keep moving.
Stay warm during periods of stagnation
When you feel a chill during strong winds or when the air is still, simply throwing on a shell or shirt will block the wind and restrict airflow, thereby improving insulation and making it an effective layer for staying warm. The thumbholes at the wrists also help enhance warmth.
Not too loose, not too tight
Compared to highly breathable active insulation materials like Polartec Alpha Direct, PrimaLoft Active Evolve offers slightly lower breathability, resulting in a more gradual release of heat during activity or when exposed to wind. On the other hand, it is more breathable than merino wool, preventing you from overheating. It is characterized by its excellent balance, combining moderate warmth and breathability—neither too high nor too low—as an active insulation material.
