This green curry, made with bamboo shoots and ground pork, is simply delicious. We’ve added a touch of “Nagato Yuzukichi”—a fragrant citrus fruit from Yamaguchi Prefecture that resembles lime or yuzu—to give it a special kick.
Nagato Yuzukichi deliberately uses large pieces, designed so that the flavor and texture change with every bite, creating a delightful experience that combines deliciousness and enjoyment.
When I asked Chef Tajima, “Which mountain is this?” he replied, “I’ve never been there, but it looks a lot like Mount Miyanoura on Yakushima.”
Later, I went to Mt. Miyanoura to try it, and the flavor—which perfectly blended exoticism (the dynamic atmosphere of the forest zone) with crispness (the refreshing openness near the summit)—was just perfect!

Cancellation of orders
