Octa生地は、ポリエステルウーリー繊維とポリエステル中空タコ足断面繊維の2種類の繊維で構成されています。
そのうち、ウーリー糸53.6%をリサイクルポリエステル(ECOPET)に置き換え、環境負荷度を下げています。
46.4%が通常のポリエステル中空タコ足断面糸となります。
このリサイクル化によりバージンポリエステルのOctaCPCPと比較し、リサイクルポリエステルの同素材を採用することで生地製造時における23％CO2*排出量を削減。

・OctaCPCPとは？
表のメッシュ素材に保温材になる異形断面中空ポリエステル起毛繊維を一体化させたメッシュフリース素材のOctaCPCP。
その軽さと暖かさ、熱抜けの良さが特徴のポリエステル生地。
通常は裏地として使うがSTATICでは単体フリースとして採用しました。

・吸汗速乾性: 同じ直径のポリエステル繊維に比べて、2分の1程度の軽量感を実現
・遮熱性: 中空部と8本の突起による空間に含まれるデッドエアーが遮熱効果を実現

・2023年秋冬より業界に先駆けて53％リサイクル素材になりました
・リサイクル化によりバージンポリエステルのOctaCPCPと比較し生地製造時におけるCO2排出量を23％削減
・OEKO-TEX 認証を受けた日本国内工場で生産した生地を使用しています
・糸自体はノンリサイクルのポリエステル100%ですが、染色も石油ではなくバイオマス(植物由来)を使い、生地をつくる時に出る繊維ゴミはリサイクルされています
・ラベル類も、エコ性の高いものを採用しています

Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

The number of purchases may be limited for some products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.

About the indicated prices
