Have you ever had a chilling experience at the start line of a road race in the middle of winter? Many runners have been heartbroken by the sight of plastic bags being used as warm clothing, leaving the start line covered in rubbish. The 7D Packable Jacket was developed to solve this problem, and is lightweight and compact.
The packable wind jacket in 7D (denier) ultralight ripstop nylon fabric is as light as a feather, yet offers excellent wind protection. It is so thin that you can even see through the number (depending on the colour). It's also safe to wear even if you have to wait a little longer at the start line.
Of course, it is also useful for daily running in variable temperatures, as you can easily take it on and off.
The 7D Packable Jacket has been carefully designed down to the smallest detail for lightness. It is a pullover type jacket without a hood and with a half zip. The pockets for storing the pack are Velcro instead of zips. The durable ripstop nylon with C0 water-repellent coating provides protection in spite of its lightness.

PFC-free
The substance that has supported rainwear up to now is fluorinated technology. However, in recent years it has become clear that the substances used in this technology are "everlasting chemicals" that accumulate in the environment and are harmful to the human body. In response, regulations around the world are moving away from conventional 'C8' water repellent technology to 'C6' water repellent, which does not use PFOA, a substance that has been identified as particularly harmful. HERENESS has taken this fact into account and is now using C0 water repellent as its water repellent in future products, and PFC-free water repellent. PFC-free, and the switch from C6 to C0 will also be made for existing products.
