These lined outer gloves are ideal for belaying in harsh conditions, such as winter rock climbing and ice climbing.
It can be easily worn over climbing gloves or insulated rubber gloves to keep your hands warm.

By combining a lightweight, highly wind-resistant DCF shell with an Octa® CPCP® fleece lining, we’ve created a pair ( M ) weighing just 55 grams.
It’s highly portable—you can hang it by hooking a carabiner onto the loop at the tip or fold it up compactly to store it in your chest pocket—and you can quickly slip it on over your gloves when the wind picks up along the ridge.

■Material Characteristics
・Lightweight feel: About half the weight of polyester fibers of the same diameter
・Moisture-wicking and quick-drying: Feels about half as heavy as polyester fibers of the same diameter
・Heat insulation: The dead air trapped within the space created by the hollow sections and eight protrusions provides heat insulation.

■Environmental Factors
・Starting in Fall/Winter 2023, we became the first in the industry to use 53% recycled materials.
・Through recycling, CO2 emissions during fabric production are reduced by 23% compared to OctaCPCP made from virgin polyester.
・Although the yarn itself is made of 100% non-recycled polyester, the dyeing process uses biomass (plant-based) rather than petroleum, and the fiber waste generated during fabric production is recycled.
・We also use recycled yarn for our name tags and similar items.
