Active long trousers for running and outdoor activities are useful.
However, the silhouette is so sporty that you may have been hesitant to use it in everyday life. We want to enjoy ourselves after our activities, like going into a café after a run, or going straight to a restaurant off the mountain.
So we sought the best balance between ease of movement and a beautiful silhouette.
After repeated testing, it was found that it is the hem width that determines ease of movement.
The zipper makes it easy to take off and on, in order to maintain a thinness that does not cling during exercise (from the spring 2021 model, the zipper has been replaced by a locking fastener that does not interfere with exercise).
On the other hand, the gutters are designed to be thicker so that they fit in well with everyday wear. The silhouette is thus relaxed, yet easy to move in. Despite the absence of spandex (polyurethane), combined with a fabric with just the right amount of stretch, we think we have created a pair that is both dynamic and static.
Minimal and functional pockets.
Lost items in the mountains can be fatal. That's why we've placed zippers in the side pockets. The hip pockets for smartphones that have been so well received in the shorts are also still there.
The vertically arranged zippers provide a wide opening and make it easy to get in and out. Functionality is sufficient for outdoor use.
But it is also subtly minimalist. So it will work well as everyday wear without any discomfort.
Sustainability initiatives
No more spandex.
It is no exaggeration to say that the history of sportswear has been accompanied by spandex (polyurethane). Its overwhelming elasticity and lightness revolutionised sportswear, and it is blended into almost all current functional wear. However, as a heavy chemical product, spandex has a high environmental impact and degrades quickly, reaching the end of its useful life in two or three years.
Stretch polyester derived from sugarcane.
SUGARCANE LONG PANTS are fully stretchable, but without spandex. We promote NO SPANDEX or LESS SPANDEX in our other products to avoid the use of spandex as much as possible.

Do not tumble dry.
After washing, do not leave the garment wet, but shape it and hang it up to dry.
When ironing, set the iron to a low temperature and use an appropriate cloth.
Do not leave the product wet or allow it to soak for long periods of time.
Do not use chlorine bleach or oxygen bleach.
