Lightweight, warm and breathable mid-layer hoody. Made from a combination of soft, comfortable stretch fleece and durable, windproof ripstop fabric, it is ideal for layering with outerwear. In addition, all fabrics are made from recycled materials in a recycled cycle.
This functional hoody brings a new level of comfort to fast-paced activities in alpine environments: the Moonwalk Houdi's hybrid design (combination of fabrics with different properties) was engineered at the best compromise between weather resistance, weight, warmth and breathability. Compromise is not a positive word, but in this case it is the balanced compromise that counts. Perfectly balanced functionality means that you will never feel too hot, too cold or too heavy.
The main fabric is made up of Polartec Power Air Active and C9 Ripstop - Power Air is a warm, stretchy, comfortable stretch fleece with a smooth surface ideal for layering; C9 Ripstop is a less bulky An ultralight windproof fabric that doesn't weigh you down. These two fabrics are positioned on the parts of the body that need warmth and breathability during strenuous activities, such as in alpine environments. A snug-fitting hood protects your head, while two side pockets and a chest pocket keep your gear in place.
The Moonwalk Houdi is designed for hardy activities in extreme conditions. Ski touring, mountaineering, climbing or fastpacking are just a few examples, but the perfect balance of warmth and breathability makes it a great all-year-round companion in any situation. It can be worn on its own or as part of a layering system.
