Wet the surface of the whetstone with water and use immediately.
No need to soak in water.
In addition to sharpening by holding the whetstone by hand, it is possible to sharpen safely by using the Yamato dedicated whetstone stand (model number: SK-9000).
・Not for use with ceramic knives. Please use Ebi brand diamond whetstones.
