Statik All Elevation Long Sleeve Shirt Women's

ALL ELEVATION, meaning 'all elevations'.
In other words, a versatile base layer that can be worn in all situations.
STATIC proposes natural materials for layers that come into contact with the skin, using as few petroleum-based fibres as possible.
Merino wool keeps you warm in winter and releases heat in summer.
For outdoor use, it is a highly functional fibre, not only for its heat retention properties, but also for its moisture control, odour control and good texture.

We were looking for a fabric made of merino wool, which is comfortable to use in spring and summer when perspiration levels are high.
The answer we arrived at was a fabric made from an ALL ELEVATION blend of merino wool and recycled polyester yarn.

ALL ELEVATION reconstructed in Oshu.
The fabric has been teamed up with a wool specialist in Bishu and is now softer to the touch and easier to wear, while retaining the characteristics of the previous ALL ELEVATION fabrics.
Uneven border mesh construction for high breathability and recycled polyester yarn for fast drying.
A wind shell provides additional warmth, so this item can be used as an inner layer or on its own.
Shrink-proofing is, of course, achieved using a chlorine-free resin shrink-proofing process.

Environmentally friendly shrink-proofing
The chlorine-free resin shrink-proofing process does not remove scales, but modifies hydrophobic scales to hydrophilic ones and prevents scales from entangling with each other = shrinkage by attaching hybrid collagen.
It also does not use resin.

In terms of biodegradability, it is more secure than chlorine resin processing, and the fabric in contact with the skin is only wool fibres, not resin.
In addition, by leaving the scales, which control the wool's regulating properties, we have been able to achieve wool products that make use of the original function of the wool fibre as it is.
It can be said to be eco-friendly shrink-proof, utilising the wool fibres as much as possible.
I will never forget the words of the developer of the shrink-proof plant who told us, "It's safer for the health of our employees because we don't use chlorine."

Shrink-proofing, using neither chlorine nor resins
Eco-friendly, superior shrink-proofing that eliminates health concerns for workers in the shrink-proofing process and reduces wastewater problems.
Reduction of CO2 emissions during yarn production through the use of recycled polyester.
The cutting waste generated during product manufacture is not thrown away but recycled to be used as material for other products.
Tags and names are made of 100% recycled polyester or cotton

■ Product features.
The recesses are thin and ventilated, making it easy for heat loss and airflow to occur even when in action, and preventing more heat than necessary.
The convex part is slightly thicker, and it comes into contact with the skin, absorbs sweat and ensures warmth before and after action and during breaks.
Quick-drying properties have been improved by blending with polyester with outdoor use in mind.

Fabric softener and bleach cannot be used.
