In other words, a versatile base layer that can be worn in all situations.
STATIC proposes natural fabrics for layers that come into contact with the skin, using as few petroleum-based fibres as possible. Merino wool is warm in winter and releases heat in summer. For outdoor use, it is a highly functional fibre not only for its heat retention properties, but also for its moisture control, odour control and good feel against the skin.
We were looking for a fabric that uses merino wool and is comfortable to use in spring and summer when perspiration levels are high. The answer we arrived at was an ALL ELEVATION blend of merino wool and recycled polyester yarn.
■ Product features.
- The recesses are thin and ventilated, making it easier for heat loss and airflow to occur even when in action and less likely to build up more heat than necessary.
- The convex part is slightly thicker, and in contact with the skin, it absorbs perspiration and ensures warmth before and after activities and during breaks.
- Quick-drying polyester blend for outdoor use.
