The "Grigri" is a belay device with brake assist function designed for experienced belayers to use both in gyms and on rock.
It is compact and lightweight, usable with single ropes from 8.5 to 11 mm.
The brake assist function provides excellent handling during belaying, hanging dog, and arresting falls.
The handle mechanism releases the cam lock, allowing excellent control during descent.

〇 Brake assist belay device usable with a wide range of single rope diameters both in gyms and on rock:
・The method of paying out rope or stopping a fall is the same as general belay techniques (never let go of the rope on the brake side)
・The brake assist function works by the device rotating when the climber falls, the cam pinching the rope between it and the body to stop it. Since the brake function works by holding the brake side rope, never let go of the brake side rope
・Usable with single ropes from 8.5 to 11 mm, optimally used with ropes of 8.9 to 10.5 mm diameter
・Diagrams for rope setup are engraved on both the inside and outside of the device
