The three-finger model combines the manoeuvrability of a five-finger glove with the warmth of a mitten, making it indispensable for riding in snowy mountains in severe winter conditions.
They promise comfortable riding without suffering from cold fingertips, even in the extreme cold of Daisetsuzan Asahidake and snowstorms in Hakkouda.
Despite the mitten shape, the independent index finger allows effortless manipulation of ski poles, while the three fingers from the middle to little finger each have independent lining specifications to ensure a secure fit while maintaining a high level of warmth.
HESTRA's 3-finger is available in three types depending on its usability: this 'GTX Full Leather' model has a GORE-TEX membrane insert for superior waterproof breathability (*Liner cannot be removed).
It is also safe in snowfall and wet, wet snow.
Wrap around the entire cuff of the wearer and tighten the compression Velcro fastening to completely shut out snow and cold air.
The material is soft cowhide on the outside, while the palm side is available in strong goat leather or supple cowhide, depending on the colour.
