A new generation of mid-layers that combines functionality and sustainability, replacing fleece.
It uses a new fabric structure developed by Polartec in the USA to prevent marine pollution caused by microfibre shedding.
Its fabric is Polartec Power Air Light, which is soft and smooth to the touch.
The insulation is created by a special capsule structure containing layers of wadding and air in small air pockets, and microfibre shedding is reduced by up to 80% compared to conventional fleece products.
It is also lightly stretchable, durable and breathable, making it suitable for years of outdoor activities.
Ideal as a mid-layer under a shell jacket for snow, or as a lightweight outer layer for mountaineering, camping and everyday use in a variety of situations throughout the year.
Like Houdini's iconic Power Houdi, it is designed with a fitted hood and higher collar, double zips at the front and thumbholes at the wrists for added comfort and a form-fitting cut.
