○ Charging Method
Solar radiation increases with sunrise and peaks around noon.
We recommend charging over several days, using the times listed on the right as a guideline.
Additionally, even during optimal times of day, charging may take longer depending on the season or weather conditions (if it is not clear and sunny).

Spring and summer have longer daylight hours and greater solar radiation than fall and winter. The amount of charging also depends on the angle of direct sunlight. Position the panels so sunlight hits them head-on whenever possible. If stored after charging, they retain about 60% charge after one year. For maintenance purposes, periodically expose them to sunlight for recharging.

The sun is constantly moving, so please ensure the solar panel does not become shaded. Even on sunny days, sunlight reflects off window glass, so charging through a window takes a long time. As a guideline, charging from zero to full capacity takes 7-9 hours in direct sunlight. ※ Do not leave or charge in high-temperature locations such as inside a car. ※ Turn off the light when charging.

・Color belt: Pull when using or storing.

Returns and exchanges

If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.
