Barebones Living The Barebones Living Japanese Nata Axe 2.0 is inspired by traditional Japanese tools and is thin and light.
This traditional tool combines a wide range of versatile functions with a sophisticated design, such as branching, whittling wood, cutting weeds and use as a knife.

This product is not suitable for splitting thick, hard logs or firewood.

Q: Can it be used for splitting wood?
A: This product is not suitable for splitting thick, hard logs or firewood.
For chopping thicker wood, 'Plaskiax' is recommended.
It is made thinner and lighter than a wood-chopping machete for a wide range of uses.
Please note that applying excessive force may cause damage.

Q: Why do you use waxed canvas?
A: Wax canvas is an ideal fabric for protecting tools as it repels water and is durable and lightweight.
It is also a material that can be enjoyed for its wear and ageing properties.

Q: How should sheaths be cared for?
A: Waxed canvas should never be dry cleaned or machine washed.
However, they can be carefully cleaned if necessary.
Brush off loose ends and dirt, rinse the surface with water, scrub gently with a brush and leave to dry naturally.
If stains are noticeable, use a mildly acidic soap.
It may need to be re-waxed over time or after cleaning.
If re-waxing, use a wax conditioner and follow the manufacturer's instructions for the wax used.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.
