*Precautions for Use*
Unlike a life jacket, the PADDLER Paddling Floating Device is a buoyancy aid designed specifically for paddle sports.
This buoyancy aid is designed with comfort and maneuverability while paddling in mind. It is intended solely for able swimmers to keep their heads above water while conscious; therefore, if the wearer loses consciousness, their face may submerge below the water’s surface, potentially preventing them from breathing.
The built-in buoyancy material is flexible and conforms to the body while maintaining high buoyancy; however, bending the product while wearing or storing it, or subjecting it to excessive stress, may cause the air bubbles to rupture.
If you notice a decrease in buoyancy, please be sure to replace it with a new one.

This is a PFD with a built-in hydration pocket (hydration system sold separately).

Features include shoulder adjusters that can be easily adjusted by simply pulling downward after putting the vest on, a hydration loop that can be hooked at your preferred position, mesh fabric that minimizes chafing and ensures a comfortable paddling experience even in the height of summer, and a design with no buoyancy panels under the arms to avoid hindering paddling movements, along with a wide cut around the shoulders.

Cancellation of orders

As a rule, cancellations after the dispatch completion email has been sent are not accepted.

Although we make every effort to manage our stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to keep the ordered product in stock for an unavoidable reason.

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will take action at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.

About the indicated prices
