The proprietary saddle-stitching system.
MY FIRST AID is a bag that makes it easy to organise and carry items for mountain accidents.
The unique POPS (Paago Organising Pocket System), a Velcro-based system, allows you to add or remove the dedicated zipped bag at will, and list items as you turn the pages of a book.

∙ Four zip bags.
Based on the results of questionnaires and interview surveys, zip bags were adopted for the pockets to meet the high needs for waterproofness and hygiene. The size of the bag was decided after many prototypes in search of the ideal size for the items and a strong thickness.

Size S.
Size S is the same size as a pocket tissue.
It can hold band-aids, poison remover, etc. and is an easy-to-use size for trail running or for carrying a minimal amount of gear.

ID sheets to help you in case of emergency.
It comes with a waterproof ID sheet that allows you to give others the information they need to treat you, such as your emergency contact details and blood type, in the event of an emergency, such as if you yourself are injured or otherwise immobilised.

Inside pocket.
The bag has a zipped pocket and a flap pocket on the inside. These are useful for quickly retrieving and storing bulky items.

Cancellation of orders

The number of purchases may be limited for some products. Orders from multiple accounts that appear to be from the same person, or orders that appear to be using a BOT, may be cancelled or reduced in quantity.

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will take action at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.

About the indicated prices

Every care is taken to ensure that correct product information is displayed on the website, but in the unlikely event that it is discovered after payment has been made that the price of a product was incorrectly displayed on the website, the customer will be contacted and the correct price will be corrected before payment is made or the order is cancelled.
