・FITTING
It features the same wide shoulder harness as the ZENN backpack. This distributes the weight of the bag across the entire rib cage, providing a stable fit. It reduces swaying while walking and alleviates strain on the shoulders.

・MAIN ACCESS
Features a water-resistant zipper and a quick-access design that opens wide toward the body. It is designed for ease of use while commuting by train or taking a break in the mountains.

・TOP POCKET
The top pocket features the generous capacity inherited from the BUDDY series. It’s perfect for storing items you need to access quickly, such as snacks and gloves. A water-resistant zipper protects your belongings from the rain. It also features a key hook on the inside.

・FRONT POCKET
Ideal for storing rainwear, windshells, and other items. The zipper layout is designed so that side belts and bungee cords do not interfere. Features a water-resistant zipper.

・SIDE POCKET
Designed to hold a 500ml plastic bottle. We’ve optimized the depth to make items easy to retrieve and less likely to fall out, and once you get used to it, you can even operate it while wearing it.

Cancellation of orders

Returns and exchanges

However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defaced, or if you receive an item that is different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will take action at our expense.

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.

About the indicated prices
