The Fitzroy Down Hoody is designed for day missions in cold-weather alpine conditions where moving quickly and packing less are important.
Ideal as a compact, medium-thick belay hoody, it is made from 800 fill-power down that is Responsible Down Standard (RDS) certified (certification 880272 by Control Union).
Purchase of Responsible Down Standard-certified products articulates a demand for better animal welfare practices in the down and feather supply chain. Manufactured in Fairtrade Certified factories.

Ultra-lightweight shells.
Lightweight yet durable recycled nylon shell with PFC-free DWR treatment (durable water repellent coating free of organic fluorine compounds) for bad weather protection and a soft feel.

RDS down.
100% 800 fill-power down with Responsible Down Standard (RDS) certified (certified 880272 by Control Union) providing high-loft warmth in a very compact, packable intermediate garment.

Hoods for wearing helmets.
Hood adjustable with single pull drawcord for wearing an alpine helmet. With high-loft collar for extra warmth.

Front zip.
Front vislon zip with internal storm flap

Outer pocket.
Two handwarmer pockets and two zippered chest pockets for easy access while belaying. Left front pocket for storing the main body.
