This alpine shell jacket is designed for two activities: climbing snow walls and sliding down snow surfaces. The main material is THE NORTH FACE's proprietary waterproof and breathable material FUTURELIGHT. The supple, lightweight fit eliminates unnecessary time spent putting on and taking off the jacket, allowing you to concentrate on your activities even in the harshest conditions. Shoulders and hips are reinforced with bead print for low weight impact and friction with backpack harnesses. Access zippers on both chests provide access to horizontal mesh pockets inside the jacket for quick storage of goggles and other items. The SUMMIT series combines lightweight features such as minimal storage pockets with functions that allow you to enjoy both climbing and sliding. This model can be set up with the FL VerticalChuter Pant (NP62322) from the same series.
Fabric: 40D Recycled Breathable Nylon FUTURELIGHT (3-layer) (front side: 100% nylon, middle layer: polyurethane electrospinning membrane, back side: 100% nylon).
