Thinner, lighter 5-Pocket Shorts
The lightest of Yama to Michi's shorts, the Light 5-Pocket Shorts, are shorter to allow for easier movement while running or fastpacking, and feature a flat string instead of tape for the waist adjuster to keep the waist area neat.
However, we have received repeated requests from people who want lightweight shorts but are put off by the short length, asking for a longer Light 5-Pocket Short, so we decided to make this a reality by making them to order.
The 5-Pocket Shorts Light are made from the same thin, lightweight Pertex Equilibrium material as the Light 5-Pocket Shorts, but with the same design as the 5-Pocket Shorts (slightly longer length and adjustable waist).

*The dimensions will change over time as the fabric shrinks when worn and washed.
■Product care
- Wash in water at 40°C or below.
・Wash alone or in a laundry net.
- Dry by hanging in the shade.
- Use the dryer on a low temperature setting (maximum 60°C).
-Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
- When ironing, use low temperature without using steam.
- Do not dry clean.
・It may shrink at high temperatures.
