Japan's UL backpack standard
This UL backpack weighs just 380g* and is highly expandable with a maximum capacity of 32L, making it suitable for day hikes as well as overnight hikes. It is designed to allow the load to be comfortably loaded onto the upper body, leaving the waist free to walk comfortably on the ups and downs of Japan's trails.
Two materials are available: a proprietary 200D HT PC coated ripstop nylon that is resistant to hydrolysis, and Technoforce Steel (used only for the front pockets and bottoms), which is made from 100% ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and boasts extremely high strength.
Since its release, it has undergone numerous updates and has become the standard for UL backpacks in Japan.
*Technoforce Steel (TS White) is made of a different material, so the price is ¥36,000 (tax included).

■Changes in the 2024 model
- The fabric for the side pockets has been changed to extremely strong ultra-stretch (custom color: Black).
- The compression cord buckle and guy line parts have been changed to smaller ones.
-Compression cord changed to 2mm and gear loop changed to 2.5mm.
- The hydration hose outlet has been eliminated.
- The fabric of the shoulder straps and back has been changed from 200D Oxford to 200D HT PC coated ripstop nylon.
- The sewing method has been revised so that the adjustment tape on the shoulder strap is less likely to break even with long-term use.
・The tape flex at the base of the sternum strap has been changed from one stage to two stages to make it easier to accommodate the various shoulder strap options available from various companies.
- Emergency whistle changed from gray to black.
-The hip belt buckle has been changed.
- Parts and patterns have been changed to make it easier to open and close while on the move, such as slightly lowering the side pockets to make it easier to take out a bottle.
- The stretchy rubber on the side pockets can now be replaced.
- The fabric of the front pocket and inside the main body has been changed from white to light gray.

■Product care
・Wash by hand, do not use a washing machine.
- When washing, add an appropriate amount of neutral detergent to lukewarm water enough to soak the product.
-Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
- When washing, open the zipper and remove any removable parts such as the padding.
- If the area is noticeably dirty, wash it partially with a cleaning brush or soft sponge.
- Be sure to rinse thoroughly so that no detergent remains.
After washing, wipe off excess moisture with a towel or other soft cloth and dry the backpack in the shade with the opening facing down.
-Store in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
-Do not use an iron.
- Gently hand wash the pad, rinse thoroughly, wipe off any moisture and dry in the shade.
