The world's lightest sleeping pad
Using XLPE foam with exceptionally high thermal insulation properties, we have achieved overwhelming lightness.
While handling requires some care, this is the original UL Pad series that delivers significant weight savings when used appropriately.

・Achieves a weight of less than one-third that of conventional lightweight sleeping pads
・Made of XLPE foam with high thermal insulation properties
・Non-absorbent material that prevents moisture from penetrating inside
・Environmentally friendly with low pollution, as no chemical foaming agents are used

UL Pad uses XLPE foam, a highly insulating material also used as thermal insulation, in its construction.
XLPE foam is a non-absorbent closed-cell material, so it does not allow moisture to penetrate even on snow or wet ground (though water may bead on the material's surface).
Since it does not use chemical foaming agents, it is also a material with low environmental impact.

UL Pad is available in three sizes: 100cm, 175cm, and 200cm.
All widths are set to 50cm, but please cut to size as needed.

※UL Pad can be easily cut with a standard utility knife.
When cutting, firmly hold down the ruler and cut in one swift motion. Making multiple cuts will result in a messy cut surface.

・Due to its ultra-lightweight design, please take care to prevent it from being blown away by the wind.
・The UL Pad 15 prioritizes lightness over cushioning and durability.
・Since no surface treatments such as embossing have been applied, the surface is prone to scratches, and excessive force may damage the mat.
・To use it effectively, careful consideration is required when selecting a sleeping location (it is not suitable for use on rocky terrain such as streams or ridgelines) and handling.
・For those prioritizing cushioning and durability, consider the UL Pad 15+ with its embossed finish.
・Because the material is slip-resistant, it tends to be subjected to excessive force when used as a backpack frame.
・Pulling or pushing too hard may cause damage.
・Scratches and signs of use will remain on the surface of the material.
・In snowy mountains, consider layering with other mattresses.
・For added warmth, we recommend placing it directly inside your sleeping bag.

Order Cancellation

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after a shipping confirmation email has been sent.

Returns and Exchanges
