The 100% Merino Light Hoody is the most versatile of the 100% Merino Light series and is ideal for mountain activities with extreme temperature changes and long-distance hikes.It can be worn either directly next to the skin or with a thin base layer.
The original merino wool fabric, developed in Oshu, a woolen textile production region in Japan, is highly washable and shrink-resistant, and for the 2022 model it has been updated to a thinner fabric that is approximately 10% lighter (average weight 150-155g/m2), making it more comfortable to move around in warmer seasons.
Made from 100% merino wool with no mixed chemical fibers, it has excellent temperature and moisture regulating properties and a powerful natural deodorizing effect, making hiking more comfortable.
*About fabric skewing after washing
The fabric may skew (twist) when wet immediately after washing, but this can be improved to a certain extent by hanging it to dry and allowing its own weight to act downward.
