It improves comfort and weight distribution. The shoulder straps and waistbelt feature added foam for moisture management and comfort. The roll-top closure uses side and back compression straps to keep the pack securely in place, whether empty or loaded.
The back is equipped with a large mesh quick stash pocket. The front harness is equipped with a MAXO2 foam system and four large stretch mesh pockets. The waist belt has been improved in various ways, especially the Fluidic Holster System, which allows access to the rear pocket with a magnetic closure. Available in two sizes.
