As the product name suggests, which means "Luft" in German, this summer down jacket is lightweight and warm.
We have created a new lightweight down jacket that uses 800 fill power down for the filling and 7D recycled nylon for the outer layer.
Compared to the Hybrid Inner Down Jacket available from Teton Bros. for autumn and winter (250g total / 1000 fill Down & Thermo Max), the Luft Jacket is lighter at just 175g total (size M).
The anorak design prioritizes packability and the front zipper is shorter, which also makes the garment itself lighter.
The overall silhouette is slightly loose, making it easy to layer with various base layers and mid-layers.
During the summer mountain season it can be used as thermal clothing in tents or mountain huts, and in winter it can be used as a mid-layer that emphasizes static insulation.
