It is made with AXIO, a special product for Teton Bros., which is super lightweight at 85g (M size) and has excellent anti-pilling properties. This is the best hybrid wool born from our deep knowledge and passion for Bishu wool.
Wool fibers are naturally water-repellent, but the special AXIO used by Teton Bros. has been specially processed to give it not only moisture absorption but also excellent diffusion and quick-drying properties.
Since some of the polyester filaments are made of irregular cross-section yarn, it has a cooling effect when your body temperature rises suddenly. It is a hybrid material that has the best balance of the characteristics of wool and synthetic fibers.
AXIO's special structure means that the polyester fibers are not exposed on the surface, but run in a spiral shape inside the diameter, which means that the surface of the thread is extremely smooth and even, resulting in a comfortable fit and extremely high anti-pilling performance.
