By coating PrimaLoftR synthetic fiber filling with aerogel, the lightest insulating material, we have achieved a 20% weight reduction while maintaining the same heat retention.
The outer material is a lightweight, abrasion-resistant 30 denier nylon Cordura, with bluesign-certified C6 level DWR treatment for high water repellency.
The synthetic filling and lining are made from recycled materials.
There is a large chest pocket on the chest where you can store gloves, fleece-lined hand-warming pockets on both sides, and a large mesh pocket on the inside.
It also works well as a lightweight belay parka or as a back-up jacket in the backcountry.
