This pullover jacket uses CrossCore Technology, which coats the Primaloft synthetic fiber padding with Aerogel, the world's lightest insulation material, to achieve excellent heat retention while keeping the weight down.
The padding is 80g in the body, and 60g in the arms and hood to ensure ease of movement. The outer material is a lightweight ripstop nylon Cordura that is durable, windproof, and water-repellent, and 2-layer Gore-Tex is used around the shoulders, waist, and cuffs to protect against getting wet.
The zippers on both sides open fully from the waist to the armpits, making it easy to put on and take off, and also serve as ventilation.
The lack of a stiff front zipper around the abdomen makes the garment soft to wear.
The large kangaroo pocket, which also doubles as a hand warmer, is fleece lined.
With a loose fit that can be worn over a shell, it is perfect for a wide range of activities, from backing up on snowy mountains to skiing at the ski resort, to everyday use around town.
