Mountain Glo Lab [アルミバッグ] Tomato and Zhajiang Fusion Mapo Rice (with Thick Fried Tofu)

Spicy minced pork sauce with a strong flavor of garlic and ginger.
Using a base of minced meat paste, we blend in chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, Shaoxing wine, and black vinegar to create an authentic sauce with bold aroma and heat. Paired with this is a fresh, juicy tomato sauce offering sweet and tangy notes. This is our Double Entry System Mapo Rice, combining two separately prepared sauces packed together.
We've achieved a rich flavor profile where the distinct notes of spicy-hot and sweet-and-sour shine through—something impossible to accomplish by simply combining them in the sauce from the start. We've also selected thick fried tofu for a satisfyingly substantial bite.
Inspired by the majestic peak of Tengu-dake in the Yatsugatake range. A stylish, humid forest and the massive rock face higher up. The warmth of a mountain hut. A menu embodying duality—both harsh and charming. After all, it's a twin-peaked mountain.
MGL will begin switching the packaging for its meal items (excluding fruit and drinks) from plastic materials to aluminum bag types starting with the "Tomato and Zhajiang Fusion Mapo Rice" on June 30, 2025.

・Even if you don't have a cooker, bring hot water in a thermos and you can enjoy piping hot meals in the mountains!
・Even if you don't want to dirty your cooker, you can simply boil water and pour it in, so you won't dirty your cooker!
