Double Dunfri was developed by inheriting the concept of Dunfri, which is a standard insulation of Houdini classics and means "down free" in Swedish. In addition to its functional benefits, the use of synthetic insulation as the filling without using any animal materials such as down is based on Houdini's belief that birds should not suffer for the comfort of humans, from the perspective of animal welfare.

The Double Dunfri's PrimaLoft Black Insulation Rise is a cutting edge insulation made from 100% recycled polyester. With 200g/m2 overall and 170g/m2 under the arms and on the inside of the sleeves, it has the same warmth to weight ratio as down, but is lightweight, water resistant and has a fantastic soft feel. This insulation really shines in adverse weather conditions, where it maintains 92% of its insulation performance even when wet from snow or rain, keeping you warm for the most part. The fabrics used are highly durable Switch Woven from the shoulders to the outside of the sleeves, and lightweight, durable Spinner Ripstop for the rest of the outer and inner fabrics, both of which are made from 100% recycled polyester and have a water repellent finish that does not contain harmful PFAS.

With its minimalist look and cutting edge performance, the Double Dunfri will be your go-to piece for cold weather adventures.
