We designed this knife from scratch with the aim of creating one that can be used in the mountains.
Cooking in unstable locations is common in the mountains.
The curve of the blade allows you to cut ingredients smoothly whether you are cutting on a riverbed rock or on your lap with a cutting board on it.
All processes are carried out by hand by Seki cutlery craftsmen.
In particular, the sharpening process is done by craftsmen who are experts in sharpening knives, resulting in a cutting quality that is completely different from that of a regular knife.
