The outsole uses MaxTrac, which is well-known for its sticky grip.
The all-new lug pattern is designed to provide better grip on climbs, descents and flat surfaces.

A completely new drainage system has also been adopted.
Any moisture that gets into the shoe, such as rainwater, enters the holes under the insole and is then released through the midsole.
By positioning the drain lower than the sole of the foot, moisture can be expelled to the outside more quickly and reliably.
