Many hikers use trekking poles as supports when setting up Six Moon Designs tents, but the Lunar series and Gate Wood Cape can be made even lighter by using two types of lightweight poles to suit their specifications.
Two sizes.
124 cm: Lunar solo, Lunar solo LE and all Six Moon Designs products.
116 cm: using Gatewood cape alone.
It is not only compatible with the genuine tents listed above, but also works well for setting up tarps of any manufacturer.
There are many times when you don't want to take trekking poles with you in non-hiking situations, such as camping. They are useful when you want to use them casually, as they can be folded into three sections and carried compactly.
Made of luxurious carbon fibre by special order from Easton. The item is finished to a very high degree of perfection.
