The MTN RACER 3 is ideal for technical trails.
The stack height has been changed from 30 mm x 25 mm to 33 mm x 28 mm, which improves cushioning and protection.
The improved toe sweep also supports quick gait cycle movements and smooth running.
The midsole is made from a new formulation of Zipfoam, which combines soft cushioning with high responsiveness.
The much-loved Vibram MegaGrip outsole provides serious traction and grip on unstable surfaces.

■Care instructions.
Remove the shoelaces and insoles and wipe off any dirt with a cloth or sponge dipped in warm water.
For heavy soiling you can use a brush, but never scrub too hard.
To avoid damaging delicate stitches and fibres, it is recommended to wash softly and only apply the tips of the bristles lightly.
If detergent is used, neutral detergent or soap is recommended, but please rinse thoroughly to avoid detergent residue.
This is because any detergent residue may cause discolouration.
Once washed, allow to dry naturally in an airy, shady place.
Drying in direct sunlight, on a stove or with a hairdryer may cause deformation, shrinkage or discolouration.
*Avoid using a washing machine/dryer.
