Based on the MONT BLANC CARBON race model, loved by trail runners who pursue speed, the new MONT BLANC SPEED model is equipped with StoneGuard technology for a more stable ride.
The midsole features a hybrid construction similar to the CARBON. By placing ultra-high resilience ALTRA EGO PRO foam in the centre and EGO MAX foam with excellent cushioning properties on the outside, the best balance between speed performance and cushioning has been achieved.
The outsole is made of Vibram Litebase x Megagrip, which combines light weight and excellent grip. It creates a solid ground feel and propulsive force even on wet surfaces and technical descents.
Furthermore, the built-in TPU StoneGuard plate instead of a carbon plate continuously reduces thrust on rocky terrain. The product combines light weight and stability with increased protection to the sole.
Speed and comfort are pursued down to the smallest details, such as the natural running feel due to the zero drop and foot shape design, the firm midfoot hold, and the lightweight and gentle underfoot stitch-and-turn construction of the footwear opening and tongue.
